4Point will work with you to identify and prioritize the PDF forms you are using today to capture data from customers and other users.
The PDF forms can come from any source, such as Word and Adobe InDesign. They can be flat PDFs or they can have fillable fields added using Adobe Acrobat.
4Point will take those original sources and create a dynamic, browser based, mobile ready data capture interface based on the fields identified in the PDF form.
4Point will add standard validations and data checks, such as dates, phone numbers, addresses, and email fields.
The output of the new user interface will be the same PDF document that you and your customers expect. This allows the customer to print and sign the document if that is required. It also ensures that your current document input processes will not need to be changed.
