CHALLENGE
- The bank had a legacy output solution that needed to be replaced because it was only supported on Windows 2003
- The current processes of batch document generation needed to be maintained and integration into existing systems needed to be continued
- Expansion of the document generation to the branches was required
SOLUTION
- Migration from the legacy output product to AEM Forms, including the migration of over 200 forms and integration with back-end system
- Duplication of the batch document generation process for banking statements using AEM Forms was implemented
- On-demand statement generation at the branch was added
RESULT
- The bank reduced the risk that the legacy output product represented by moving to AEM Forms
- All existing document generation processes were supported on AEM Forms
- Fully functional branch-based document solution on a scalable and maintainable platform
