Story

A government agency needed to update their documents to meet modern accessibility standards. Their current forms were created with an 8pt font which did not meet the current standard of 12pts. Changing the font size meant that now the content did not fit appropriately on the page causing wrapping and layout issues. As part of the process of updating the font size to an accessible standard the forms were modernized into a modular and dynamic format reducing the amount of time for the agency to create or update new forms and creating a better user interface for the users of the forms.
